A New Global Manner Beyond Our National Identities

A mobile buffer system would result in forming new global cultures that would allow us as human beings to rediscover ourselves in a new global manner beyond our national identities. Political entrustment wouldn’t replace our national identities instead it would bring us all together on a global level, which would result in also giving us a global understanding of ourselves. This would allow us to develop ourselves in new global ways that would make us a part of one another’s endeavors. Political entrustment will give us the tools needed to expand our global imagination that we will need to face the many global challenges that await us in the future.

A Mobile Hired Buffer System of Government

A buffer system of government would be a political market system consisting of hired forms of government. As a hired system of government those that wanted it would purchase it. Individuals would hire companies to provide them with personalized forms of government.

Because a buffer system of government would be a personalized system, it would also be highly mobile. As a mobile form of government, it would develop when and where it was wanted. Mobile forms of government would naturally come in contact with each other and in the process create new global cultures that would transcend their national limitations.

Political Entrustment As Buffer Political System

A personalized form of government would be one that could tailor itself around the needs of the person it was created to serve. It would be a buffer government system inserted between the people and the governments under whose jurisdiction they would reside. This buffer government system would be a political entrustment system that would politically represent the interests and concerns of people as well as help them obtain the types of services and products they needed. Political entrustment would be a system of privatized governments that people would hire to politically act in their behalf. Therefore, when a person had dealings with city, state or federal governments he or she would do it through their own personalized government provider hired to protect their interests.

People Fashioned Governments

People everywhere feel removed from their governments, which act as though their people are a means to their own end.  Governments everywhere act as though they are the important part of human society. It must be remembered that government is run by those people that created it and therefore, it always acts in its own interest even against the people in whose name it exists. Therefore, if the people are to have a government that works for them, it must also be formed and managed by them as well. This is exactly what political entrustment is all about. Political entrustment is about providing the people with a method that would allow them to form their own personalized governments that would be able to represent their interests and concerns at all levels of government.

Political Commodity

Government within political entrustment would be a political commodity. As a political commodity the public would purchase a political trust and its civil trusts when they need them.  Individuals would have personal needs that would each have its own civil trust consisting of the person with the need and the producer that would provide for the need. When all of those civil trusts providing for the same need are brought together under a single leadership a political trust is formed. Within political entrustment the civil trust providing for the need as well as the political trust organizing and representing it would all be political commodities that would be hired by those that need them.

Political Entrustment

Because governments are at the bidding of the corporate interests that fund them, what the people need is a personalized form of government that could represent their interests and concerns to the governments and corporations that they wish to influence. This personalized form of government would be political trusts that would be formed by those that needed them. Within this system of political entrustment people would hire the personalized governments that they need through the market process as a political commodity.

Redefining Society From The Bottom Up

If we are to reinvent ourselves, we need to take a different look at society and our part within it. Then we need to redefine society.

Society is divided into two parts. The first part consists of members of society that actually produce society’s products. The second part consists of those members of society that manage the relationships of those that actually produce society’s products. The ones that actually produce society’s products are the important ones. The ones that tell them what they can and cannot do are actually the less important ones. Therefore, while the bottom of society is always needed, the top of society is interchangeable and can be provided either privately or publicly.

But in our societies the top sees itself as the most important social sector and the bottom is seen as expendable. Historically those at the top have dominated those on the bottom. The top has used those on the bottom to achieve their own purposes. What we need is a society where the bottom tells the top what it wants and the top provides it for them the way that they want. This would allow the bottom of society to provide itself with the kind of top society that it felt was best for their particular purposes.

Life Learning School System

Schools need to be run more like the real world if students are to get a true understanding of the kind of environment that they will find themselves in. In the new type of school system I propose, the curriculum would be tailored to the needs of each student by instructing them in the subjects that they need while they are actively engaged in them.

The teachers would team-teach not only the subject material that needed to be imparted to the student but they would do it in conjunction with the activity that the student would be engaged in. The objective would be to allow each student to advance by developing their own interests at their own pace. Schools would be year-round and open-ended. Graduation would be confirmed when a student completed a required course of study which consisted of instruction and examination.

The core subjects like reading, writing, math, etc. would be applied to the various subjects that the student would be interested in learning about. Each subject that a student would choose to learn about would be used to link to other subjects that they would also have to know if they were to understand the subject that they were interested in.

This would allow students to build a course of instruction based on their interests leading to a diploma. Diplomas would require the completion of examinations in a set of core subjects that would define it. These diplomas would be varied according to the subjects that the student had successfully completed.

Economic Self-Management…

If students are to be made more accountable, then they should be able to interact with each other as they would in the real world. Students should be able to invest in each other within a school.

Students should be taught how to market themselves to the greater world. This instruction would start by marketing themselves to each other. Students would form school businesses that would be able to manage their schoolmates’ entrepreneurial actives. This would teach them budgeting, etc.  There could also be a school bank that would hold student accounts and would issue school currency.

Students should be able to sell their capabilities to one another, which would lead to a more supportive climate within schools. This would help students to develop an entrepreneurial approach to meeting each others school needs. The students with particular proficiencies would be able to sell their capabilities to those students that needed help in those subjects. The entire school would be able to invest in the school businesses that they felt showed the most promise.

The school could also sponsor school businesses designed to provide student goods and services to the wider community. This would allow students to invest as well as take a direct part in forming businesses that could then crossover into the larger economy with the graduates becoming their managers and employees.

This would also allow graduates to remain together after graduation and working in a business of their own making within their own communities.  This would provide the public with an indication of the capabilities of the students that were receiving diplomas.

Student Self-Governce…

The school would also form school legislature that would self-govern the activities of the students. The legislature would hold elections for school offices and manage the governance of the student body. The school government would represent the student body to the school administration.

The school government would manage the student services that the student body would provide to each other like tutoring, peer counseling etc. The school government would also help organize the student committees that would be formed to provide the various activities of the school.

School Courts…

Students would be taught to act as judges and juries as well as function as prosecutors and defense attorneys. They would learn how to make the laws that would govern the relationships between students civilly and economically. These school relationships would govern everything including the responsibilities that each student would have toward every other student that they would have a school relationship with.

This would also allow students to bring grievances by bringing issues of concern to the attention of the school court that would then make rulings on them based on their own laws.

Forming Governments That Work For The People

Societies work for those for whom they were created. That’s why monarchies worked well for monarchs and democracies worked well for the bourgeoisie and religious societies worked well for their clerics. This means that if a society designed to work for the people is to be created then it must be formed by the people that it is meant to serve.

Therefore, these future societies would have to be designed around their people’s common needs and wants. That means that these new societies would need to be formed by those they would be meant to serve. The only mechanism that would be capable of allowing for different societies to development independently at the same time would be a social and political market mechanism upon which the various societies of the future would have to develop themselves. This would make our future societies flexible enough to be applied to any situation and for any reason.

For the kind of flexible future societies to develop that would be capable to apply itself to the common problems of its members, they would have to come to see each other as existing within a mutual relationship where each member sees their relationship to the others in a cooperative way where they support each other in achieving their mutual goals. [x] Applying Government in a Box to Depressed Areas

The government in a box idea could be used to revitalize a community. The personal trustees together with their consumer and provider specialized trustees would pro-actively go to the people of a depressed area and place everyone into a labor pool. Their needs and capabilities would then be registered and allocated to those services most needed by the assessed situation.  The personal trustees would divide the people into groups that they would then politically represent.

They would each give their own members membership accounts consisting of four fundamental support subaccounts.   Each person’s membership account would consist of four fundamental support subaccounts needed to maintain themselves.   As holders of fundamental service subaccounts, people would either receive from or would provide for those that are to receive the services.

One type of fundamental subaccount would be to provide the necessary construction needed to provide the necessary housing. Another type of subaccount would be to supply the necessary foodstuffs. Still another type would be receiving the necessary schooling and training. And the last type of subaccount would be to have access to necessary health care. Then a community bank would be established to fund the accounts to promote the necessary economic activities between them.

The consumer and provider specialized trustees would determine the people’s needs and capabilities. They would place their people’s capabilities into a local labor pool that would be used to service the community. Once the fundamental services had stabilized, the people would go to their personal trustee for their various personal service needs and wants.

The personal trustees would link their people with the appropriate provider and consumer specialized trustees. They would bring their consumers and providers together by forming them into their own civil markets where they would manage the exchanges between them.

A person’s personal trustee would represent him or her to the consumer and provider specialized civil trustees that could provide them with their personal needs and wants.  These consumer and provider specialized civil trustees would bring their consumer’s needs together with their providers needs. To conduct their business with each other, they would form them into civil markets where they would voluntarily personally choose from one another the one best for themselves.
