(pt19) Specialized Civil Trustees

(1b) Consumer and producer based specialized civil trustees…

Specialized civil trustees would be the ones that would create the actual physical infrastructure of the entrusted government system by forming its civil trusts. Specialized civil trustees would be the social entrepreneurs that would organize society into its interests and concerns. These interests and concerns would be met by providing for the needs and wants that it would take to achieve them. Specialized civil trustees would go into the community and assess the needs and wants of the public and divide them into their producers and consumers to be able to organize them accordingly.

Specialized civil trustees would come in two forms determined by their function within an entrusted government system.

(1)      The first form would be the consumption based specialized civil trustees that would be oriented around the public’s common needs and wants. Consumption based specialized civil trustees would organize the public needs and want around only those people that had them. The people that have needs within society would be seen as society’s consumers. The consumption based specialized civil trustees would consolidate all of the needs and wants of the public consumers into their own civil markets designed to attract the providers that they needed from the community’s own internal sources or from the private sector.

(2)      The second form would be the provider based specialized civil trustees, which would represent the producers of society that would supply the needs and wants of consumers of society. Provider based specialized civil trustees would bring the producers of society together to service its consumer’s needs and wants. Provider based specialized civil trustees would consolidated all of the producers of society together to provide for the civil markets formed by society’s consumers. The provider based specialized civil trustees could either supply a consumer group internally from members of the same community or they could be supplied from the outside by members of the private sector. The provider based specialized civil trustees would maintain the quality of the producers servicing society by certifying them as being fit to service the needs and wants of society’s consumers.

The consumption based specialized civil trustees would come together with their provider oriented civil trustee counterparts to form them into their own civil trusts.  Each civil trust would bring together the consumers and producers of society and give them each their own civil market to conduct their business with one another through.

(pt4) Taking our Country Back

In order too break the monopoly of power that traditional government systems and now corporations have had, the people must take their country back.

In order to achieve this new system of government, a new form of government would have to be formed differently. The solution to corporate and government excesses would be to provide ourselves with a system of government support that could protect us.

This new form of government would have to provide the same kind of services, only in a more individual way. In order to provide for systems of government that are more accountable and responsible to those that they serve, we will have to allow people to manage their own needs and wants.   The core of taking our country back would be to provide the public with a means of self-governing themselves by supplying people with the means of collectively and in an individual way providing for their own needs.

This entrusted environment would be provided within a series of consumption oriented civil trusts designed to empower the consumers of the social products of society in a collective way.  Consumption oriented civil trusts would allow the individual to do the actual consuming. Through the individual forms of consumption of each person the people in a collective way would have real collective power over the corporations that they would do business with.  All of the members of a civil trust would have a collective effect on the corporations that would give the consumers the power to determine what they wanted to have provided to them and how.
