Political Entrustment

As our local problems become more global, they will require global solutions to solve them. This means that we will need a new way of politically organizing ourselves in a parallel fashion within our existing governments.  It will also provide us with a means of transcending them when we need to. This new type of government system would be able to politically represent and organize everyone everywhere on both a local and global level of representation and governce.

I call this new way of politically representing and organizing ourselves political entrustment. Political entrustment would be the formation of both civil and political contractual relationships between people and their institutions. These contractual political relationships would be entrusted relationships that would range from our personal entrusted relationships, which would form our civil trusts, to our collective politically entrusted relationships, which would form our political trusts.

A civil trust would be the most fundamental form of contractual entrustment. It would be the formation of an entrusted civil relationship between two or more people for the consumption and/or production of a particular type of government or personal product. A civil trust would be a contractual obligation made between people to support each other in the creation of a product that they would wish to provide for themselves. Every civil trust would be formed and managed by its own licensed government service providers known as civil trustees who would hold the civil trust in entrustment for its civil trust’s membership. Because a civil trust could be formed for any type of product needed by a group of people, it would allow for every type of product to be produced in a cooperative manner by its own producers and consumers.

A political trust would be the formation of an entrusted political arrangement designed to provide a particular group of people with a common form of political relationship. Political trusts would be a collective form of political representation and/or organization that would be designed to politically organize and coordinate the activities between groups of different civil trusts. A political trust would form a contractual obligation between several civil trusts to politically link each other’s members to one another for a common political purpose. Every political trust would be formed and managed by its own licensed political trustees who would hold the political trust in entrustment for its political trust’s membership.

This would allow for the development of many different kinds of political trusts that would compete with one another for the support of the general population within a political marketplace. This political marketplace would result in creating a system of entrusted governments that would be capable of tailoring the entrusted relationships between its members on both a civil and political level. This would lead to the formation of a system of government in which the people would be able to determine their own political destiny by either forming for themselves or hiring the kind of government system that they would wish to live under.

Political entrustment would also enfranchise the natural environment by giving it a state status of its own with which it could defend its own interests against those that would abuse it. Those that would wish to utilize any natural resources would then have to negotiate with the natural resources state for permission first. This would also give the natural resources state the ability to prosecute those that would misuse its air, water and other natural resources.
