New Times Require New Methods of Organizing Ourselves

The upheaval in the world today requires that we reorganize ourselves in ways that would make the system work for us instead of us for those in positions of power. History has organized people according to the needs of those in charge and not the people that they claim to represent. Today a new method of organizing ourselves is required. In the past mankind organized itself for defense from one another.

Today times have changed. Now we need to organize ourselves in ways that will bring us together instead of keeping us a part. This will require us to circumvent those that feel that it is their duty to determine the direction that everyone should take. Organizing ourselves to gain from a new tomorrow that will be designed to bring us together must be based on individual freedom and responsibility. This individual freedom and responsibility must be linked and applicable to all.

This can only be done in a system of organization designed to make the members within it responsible to one another for the reasons that they would have associated themselves together for. This system of organization would also have to be controlled by those that it was meant to serve. This will require that it be formed by those that actually need their services. It will also require that these same organizations be disposable and only have a life span determined by those that they were meant to serve.

This could be provided by a system of organization in which people would politically entrust themselves together in order to achieve their common purpose. By entrusting our relationships together, we would be able to organize ourselves in ways that would benefit those within the relationship because it would be formed to meet the needs of those that it was designed to service. This is what my system of Cooperativism is all about.

If only people were able to unite under conditions such as the ones we are experiencing nowadays, the health of modern society would be so much better. While organization to a certain extent is how our society functions, who would determine this new system? If we could all come to agreement on how to build a structure that would be both functional and serve the masses the way that they need, then our world would be so much closer to achieving a harmonious state where nobody has to go to war, and issues can be resolved in a nonviolent way.
